Getting outdoors more is good for us! But it is getting colder and with less daylight hours for a few months, it can be a bit more challenging. I don't get outside enough but when I do I feel the immediate benefits from lifting my mood to feeling more creative and inspired. However, getting muddy and cold isn't really my thing. A couple of years ago I started seeing advertisements for the Outdoor Skinny Trousers from ACAI a brand that was taking women's outdoor clothing and revolutionising it with improved style, fit and performance, designed by women for women. I ordered the Thermal Skinny Outdoor Trousers in Black in a Petite length (fantastic) and absolutely loved them! So this year I was delighted when I had a chat to ACAI about sharing their fantastic range of stylish, sustainable outdoor clothing for women on my blog! ACAI sent me a pair of their MAX Stretch Skinny Outdoor Trousers in Graphite to try. This is a gifted blog post and contains a referral link. What is 'outdoorsing' from ACAI?ACAI are passionate about encouraging and supporting women to get outdoors more! And so their 'outdoorsing' campaign was born. Do you ever find yourself stuck inside, feeling more and more depressed, struggling with the to do list but not getting anywhere, mindlessly looking at your phone, stuck in overwhelm mode? I do! But the minute I put my outdoor clothing on, step outside and breathe, I feel all my worries melt away. Connecting with nature, autumn is my second favourite season (after summer obviously), I love the colours, the fresh crisp air, the blue skies. Getting outdoors in nature is proven to reduce stress, lower blood pressure and the best way to support your physical and mental health. Outdoor Skinny Trousers from ACAIACAI outdoor trousers for women fit amazingly well, they are soft, comfortable, flattering and the look fabulous. Don't confine them just for outdoors either, they are the sort of trouser that can be worn all day, no need to change just to go walking - lunch at a country pub followed by a walk, no problem! ACAI now have a huge range of outdoor styles, including outdoor denim, thermals, leggings and shorts as well as tops and accessories. And they come in a massive range of sizes from a 24" / UK8 to a 40" / UK22 with various leg lengths too! I cannot stress enough just how comfortable and adaptable my MAX Stretch Skinny Outdoor Trousers are! I love the graphite grey colourway, they make a nice change from the go-to black, they are lightweight, packable and shower proof. They wash easily at 30 degrees and dry fast with no ironing needed! The fabric is breathable and ideal for most temperatures, I can sometimes overheat in my thermal pair so I can save those for frosty days and snow days! They have a four-way stretch, giving a super-skinny fit, If you are between sizes, I'd recommend to size down, I am wearing a 10 and they are perfect. There really are no limits to outdoorsing! Use my ACAI Refer-a-Friend Link to get £10 off orders over £50 (new customers only). Easy ways to get outdoors more!Walk your dog, or your friends dog! Volunteer at local dog shelter, either to help in the shelter or take a dog for a walk. Join a local walking group like Simply Walk or via the Ramblers Association. Try Nordic Walking. Walk with a friend, walk and talk and you will forget how far you have walked! Instead of lunching with a friend, go walking! Get an activity tracker and set a target - forget 10k - just start small, 3k a day is ideal and build it up! Just sit outside and soak up the winter sun. Head into your local city and enjoy an urban walk, there is so much to see! I love just walking through London! Find your local park, grab a takeaway coffee and wander for 30 minutes! Join the National Trust and explore your local historic houses and gardens. Take up gardening! My favourite place to walk!I love nothing more than stepping outside my own front gate and into my woods, we are very lucky to live in a cottage in the woods, at the bottom of a bridlepath. Opposite our cottage, we have acres of woodland to enjoy! Walking in my woods was my saviour during the lockdowns and it is still my favourite place to go, especially if low mood is creeping up on me. I love to see the changing seasons, I love to sit on my favourite bench on the common and people watch and I love to look up at the sky and breath and reflect! Being outdoors makes me feel invigorated, alive and relaxed! And being able to look stylish and be comfortable while I walk, well even better! Use my ACAI Refer-a-Friend Link to get £20 off your first purchased over £50! These photos were taken on a stunning autumn day at half term when my daughter was at home! Wearing my ACAI Max Stretch Skinny Outdoor Trousers in Graphite with my North Face walking shoes whilst doing some outdoorsing with my two westies, Katie and Bonnie. Happy outdoorsing! Let me know what you love to do to get outdoors? Love from Michelle xx Disclaimer: ACAI gifted me one pair of their MAX Skinny Outdoor Trousers for the purposes of this review, I am sharing a referral link which will entitle me to my own reward discounts if you purchase using my link.

I like the ACAI trousers, but would also like to know where you purchased your pink sweater and scarf. It is a very pretty shade!

Hi Linda, the ACAI trousers really are fab, they have a super range. Both the jumper and scarf are from my wardrobe and no longer current stock - the jumper was M&S last year (they may have similar) and the scarf is quite an old one, it was from a small boutique in the Cotswolds, but has been such a good buy! Sorry I can't help! (PS this is a similar colourhttps://www.marksandspencer.com/v-neck-button-front-cardigan/p/clp22531186?color=PINK&prevPage=srp#intid=prodColourId-22531206) xx
