I create content for women over 50 who want to feel stylish, confident, and inspired without the pressure to chase trends or fit into someone else’s idea of beauty. As a petite woman in midlife, I know how hard it can be to find clothes that truly fit, holidays that feel welcoming, or skincare that actually works for changing needs. That’s why I share relatable, everyday style and lifestyle inspiration rooted in real life, not perfection.
From exploring the Scottish Highlands, the Tuscan Hills or the Isle of Wight, to enjoying everyday wellness rituals at home, my aim is to show that midlife is just the beginning of another exciting chapter. I love creating content that’s honest, engaging, and useful whether that’s a blog post on navigating menopause, a reel on comfortable but chic outfits, or a guide to the best self-catering spots in the UK.
I work with like-minded brands who share my values: quality over quantity, health and happiness over hustle, and empowering women to feel good in their own skin.
Everything I share, on Instagram, my blog, personally or in collaboration with brands, is grounded in real experience. I believe style is for everyone, travel is for every age, and that the second act of life can be the most fulfilling yet.

- I reserve the right to decide if and when to feature a gifted product/service in a blog post or on my social media platforms. By sending the items to me you agree that I am under no obligation.
- I may or may not post about the product/service in whatever context (blog or social media platform) I deem appropriate, and within my own time frame.
- A collaboration that requires guaranteed blog/social media exposure (or any other requests like specific keywords or links) is considered sponsored content and therefore chargeable – see paragraph below.
- If/when a gifted product/service appears in a blog post I will include the details in the disclaimer at the end of the post, if it appears in a social media post I will similarly disclose that the item was gifted to me.
