I love both high street fashion and small boutiques, and am especially enjoying exploring pre-loved, I favour simple classic styles with an up-to-date edge. I also love to chat about beauty, travel, health and fitness and making life easier, products and services that resonate with me and my lifestyle and that will appeal to my niche audience of women in their 40's, 50's and 60's. I am especially keen to educate and spread the word about menopause. My two westie dogs Katy and Bonnie often appear on my social media posts and love getting involved with a photoshoot!

A note about gifting ... I only share what I love! I have a busy social media schedule and try to prioritise items in the order in which I receive them. However paid collaborations do have to take priority, and of course personal posts are important too, I do not want my social media to be just advertising! When I agree to a gifted item I will do my best to work with you and let you know an expected date for sharing but please be patient!

If you would like to offer me a free product or service (“Product Gifting”), whether for review or to style and post on my blog, my Product Gifting Policy is as follows:
- I reserve the right to decide if and when to feature a gifted product/service in a blog post or on my social media platforms. By sending the items to me you agree that I am under no obligation.
- I may or may not post about the product/service in whatever context (blog or social media platform) I deem appropriate, and within my own time frame.
- A collaboration that requires guaranteed blog/social media exposure (or any other requests like specific keywords or links) is considered sponsored content and therefore chargeable – see paragraph below.
- If/when a gifted product/service appears in a blog post I will include the details in the disclaimer at the end of the post, if it appears in a social media post I will similarly disclose that the item was gifted to me.
- By sending the items to me you agree that any returns or collections of unsuitable items will be at your own expense.
- If gifted product(s) are sent to me without warning or my prior consent all the terms above still apply.
