A few outfits to share, the Christmas break gave me lots of opportunities to dress up a bit, so here is a bit of a summary! There are quite a lot and I've linked to items that are still available online ... Above: Christmas day wearing a Mint Velvet blouse (now sold out online) with Boden velvet jeans now in the sale. Above: Star Gazing knit from Whistles, in the sale and available online. Above: Fur jacket from Toria Lee Accessories but I believe sold out, my scarf is very old but the bright yellow jumper is in the Boden sale. Above: This lovely 'creme de la creme' black and cream sweatshirt is new season from Whistles and I am wearing it with a new pair of coated 'biker' jeans from Next - but they have disappeared from online! I do recommend them though if you see them in store as they have a popper fastening and zip fly rather than the pull on style of my other pairs. Above: This was my outfit for the wedding vow renewal we attended in Hay on Wye between Christmas and New Year. I wanted to be warm while we were in the church and outside for the photos so I chose a black knitted dress from Winser London (now in sale), black opaque tights with long suede boots from Kurt Keiger and my blue wool coat which was a Boden sale purchase a few years ago. Below: You can see the dress in more detail and I used my animal print clutch from Boden - again past season. Above: In the evening I changed into a lighter party dress - this is in the Black Alba Midi Dress (other colours and patterns are available) and it is £104 in the sale. I wore it with this gorgeous red velvet clutch (or with strap) from Ted Baker. Apologies for photo quality on this one - inside at night, not easy! Above: This J Crew cashmere knit was my first J Crew purchase when I had to pop down to the Marylebone Road in London recently. It is a lovely relaxed shape and it comes in lots of colours. My animal print scarf is from Sweet Bea - similar here. And finally ... above ... You Me Oui sweater again from Whistles and now in the sale at £39 and available in smaller sizes (it is a generous fit). Hopefully a few ideas there and some sale purchases too that might inspire or interest you.
