I never ever thought I’d make a list containing these achievements. I have wanted to be fit and lean for so long but never actually wanted to change my lifestyle to achieve it. I still have a way to go, my tummy still needs to flatten a bit more for me to be 100% confident in a bikini but I have learnt that this is a way of life now and that slowly and steadily I will get there. I’ve had wobbles, last week I was fed up because of a shoulder injury and it means I will need to take some time off my weight sessions and go back to HIIT only while I rest it. But I can now see it is possible to get to where I want to be, it just takes time, patience and commitment. Next goal – to rock a sexy dress for my 50th! Michelle xx

Hi! Sorry for such a late reply, I've been away on holiday. You must try to finish the SSS Plan as the results are so worth it. But I understand it can be hard and so time-consuming. Have you joined one one the many Facebook support groups as they have lots of ideas and good hacks to make the recipes more interesting. Cycle 2 gives you 'pick n mix' food as well as some recipes so you can start to use your own recipes (as long as you adapt to match the plan) and I enjoyed C2 food. The exercise isn't too bad once you get going with it and understand it - it might be worth finding a PT and do a few sessions to introduce you to the exercise before going it alone. But again the support groups are great for advice. The best one is A Big Girls Journey to Lean which is run by Angela Cox and she is an amazing ambassador for how successful this lifestyle can be. If you need any more info or a link to the facebook page then email me at michelle@fiftyandfab.co.uk and I will try to help a bit more. Good luck! Michelle x
