With the new year upon us and many of us turning our minds to our own health and wellbeing again, it might be time to up the game with your workout gear! I know I always feel better if I make an effort whether I am working out, relaxing at home or going out. I have definitely noticed a shift towards a much more sustainable and eco approach to fashion, style and shopping. We are no longer ignoring the impact fast fashion is having on the environment. And we personally feel we need to take action and not just leave it to someone else. . So when Asquith asked me if I'd like to try out some items from their new Spring/Summer range I was excited to be involved again with a brand that offers good quality ethically made activewear. You can see my previous review here. This season they have a completely new range and I absolutely love their new snake print! I have paired the snake print Flow With It - Snake Navy Leggings with the Navy Go To Vest and a pop of colour with the Long Sleeve Batwing in Flamingo. This is Katy, one of my two westies! They do like to get in with the photos! All the items I have tried from Asquith have been so soft and comfortable to wear. It looks amazing on and is breathable and made from the very best natural, eco-friendly fabrics. Plus everything is made in Europe. What I love about their range is that they can be worn in multiple ways, not just for a workout. I would feel just as happy wearing them for travelling, shopping and day to day as I would for a workout, yoga or pilates. Every item is superb quality that is made to last and everything can be mixed and matched to create different looks. Asquith use the best quality fabrics, sustainable bamboo, viscose and their trademarked performance fabric, Bambor - a blend of bamboo, organic cotton and some elastane. The bamboo feels so soft to wear and the Bambor moulds to your body for support and comfort. They are naturally durable, breathable and sweat wicking. And who doesn't love a stripey top - a breton style t-shirt or sweatshirt - they work with everything, I am a bit of a stripe addict! So I have my eye on their new Mellow Hoody in Navy and Ivory. And if you are not sure about leggings or want something loser to relax in then do take a look at their Hero Tie Pants, these are a drapey style with side ties at the hem so the length can be adjusted. See below or my last review post here. I have the black but they come in a selection of colours. I certainly need to get back into a better workout routine. What with Christmas, New Year then January illness I have had to take some time off to get better and I want to really think about what type of workout I love best and be realistic about the time I have available. I'd love to hear from you - do you have a new workout regime planned? Have you set yourself a goal or challenge? Love from Michelle xx Disclaimer: these items were gifted to me by Asquith They asked me to try them out and review them on my blog.. All opinions and words are my own.

I love these pieces. We should keep moving no matter what our age, and it's nice to stay modern and stylish while doing it!!
