Short post as I will tell you more next week, today has been a busy one.
But today I completed by 90 days. I started on 18th April and it took me a bit longer than 90 days due to two holidays and a girl’s weekend away plus finding out that my shoulder and arm pain is actually a frozen shoulder so I’ve been a bit limited on some exercises. Anyway, back to the point! Overall I have lost 6.9 kg in weight (about a stone) and 17.5” from various points on my body (chest, hips, tummy, waist, biceps and thighs). I am delighted. When I started I could only dream of those types of results and every day I wondered if I would have the same amazing results as so many you see every day on Joe’s Hall of Fame on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and on his website. I am still not quite where I want to be though. The funny thing is that the ‘old me’ would have thought that losing a stone would have been the answer to all my body hang ups. But I have learnt it is not about weight at all. My weight doesn’t actually matter anymore. What I want is a strong, lean body with a flatter tummy. In September I am going to move onto the SAS Plan, also by Joe Wicks but only available to graduates of his SSS Plan. I can sign up a month at a time and I hope that with the support I get from that I will finally reach my goal. So my next goal is to be wearing a sexy, body hugging dress for my 50th Birthday in December! Next week I will go into a bit more detail about the plan and my thoughts about it and what to consider if you are thinking of signing up. Ooh and don’t forget that Joe Wicks has his TV programme airing at 7.10 pm on Monday evening on Channel 4; I can’t wait to watch it! Michelle xx
