You may have seen my previous blog post where I shared my experience of the LPG Face Endermologie course I recently completed at Jane Young Wellness, at the same time, I was also fortunate enough to be able to try out the LPG Body Endermologie treatments! I am no stranger to body treatments and each one I have tried has offered me something slightly different. LPG Body Endermologie offers fat reduction, cellulite smoothing, and improved lymphatic drainage. It is non-invasive, very comfortable, quick and easy. And as long as you follow a healthy lifestyle alongside your treatments, it gives very good results! Read on to learn more! This is a gifted blog post. What is LPG Body Endermologie?Endermologie is a French, FDA-approved treatment that uses mechanical stimulation (via a motorised roller and gentle suction system) to stimulate fat release, smooth cellulite, and boost collagen and elastin. It is basically a high-tech massage with added benefits, all without pain, downtime, or needles. The treatment has been used in France for decades and is a favourite among women who want a natural approach to body sculpting and skin toning. It’s also known for its benefits in improving lymphatic drainage, which can help reduce bloating and puffiness another win in perimenopause and menopause and one of the benefits I really noticed immediately after each treatment, less bloating is always good! What does a treatment feel like? Each treatment is tailored to the individual, at my first appointment Caroline did a full consultation with me and discussed my areas of concern (always my mid-section)! It was agreed I would have a 30-minute session twice a week alongside my Face Endermologie, we started each appointment with the body, followed by the even more relaxing facial. You wear a specially designed bodysuit during the session, it feels like a pair of fishnet tights I suppose, you keep your own underwear on and it is all quite discrete and not restrictive. It provides a barrier between the skin and the treatment head, promoting smooth movement and allowing the device to access deeper tissues, it also enhances hygiene and privacy during the treatment. The treatment is not painful and I found it quite relaxing, it feels like a deep tissue massage, I could also feel the benefit of the lymphatic drainage throughout. I was having my abdomen treated which includes flanks as well but a full-body treatment massage is possible too and very beneficial! Jane explained that some patients find that LPG Body Endermologie can be great for restless legs because it improves blood flow and reduces muscle tension (it is not a treatment designed specifically for RLS however). Before and after LPG Body EndermologieI noticed a few really positive changes and could see the difference on my before and after photos. My skin texture - I felt smoother and a little firmer. Less puffiness - a generally flatter feeling, lighter and less bloated. More confidence - and the accountability really helps keep the mind focused on health! LPG Body Endermologie isn't an overnight fix, you need a course of treatments for the best results and you must combine them with a healthy lifestyle. Ideally complete a workout after your treatment and make sure you are eating a balanced diet (protein, fibre and vegetables) and keep hydrated, but cut down on alcohol. Jane also suggested I take the LPG supplement and drink some of their organic slimming teas (which were very nice by they way), I also applied the LPG Firming Shaping Cream every evening. Why try LPG Body Endermologie?Maybe you are:
I enjoyed my course of LPG Body and Face Endermologie, focusing on self-care for 6 weeks and visiting the lovely Jane Young Wellness clinic was a real boost for me, and very much needed. I have found life a little overwhelming recently, and I know that stress has meant I have not been looking after myself properly. I am in big need of a health and fitness reboot and having these treatments has been a positive step in the right direction. I will be sharing more on my 'Countdown to Confident at 60' soon! Jane Young Wellness has clinics in both Bedford and Milton Keynes and offers a range of holistic and aesthetic treatments as well as fabulous pamper days! Love from Michelle xx Disclaimer: this is a gifted blog post, Jane Young Wellness gifted me a course of 12 body treatments in exchange for an honest review on my blog, all words and opinions are my own.
