Ad | Featured | As the world slowly tries to return to something approaching normalcy, even while Covid-19 is still making its way through communities, one area of business has enjoyed – and is continuing to enjoy – something of a high. This is the used car market, and it is booming for several reasons. Let us take a look at these.

Getting outdoors more is good for us! But it is getting colder and with less daylight hours for a few months, it can be a bit more challenging. I don't get outside enough but when I do I feel the immediate benefits from lifting my mood to feeling more creative and inspired. However, getting muddy and cold isn't really my thing. A couple of years ago I started seeing advertisements for the Outdoor Skinny Trousers from ACAI a brand that was taking women's outdoor clothing and revolutionising it with improved style, fit and performance, designed by women for women. I ordered the Thermal Skinny Outdoor Trousers in Black in a Petite length (fantastic) and absolutely loved them!
So this year I was delighted when I had a chat to ACAI about sharing their fantastic range of stylish, sustainable outdoor clothing for women on my blog! ACAI sent me a pair of their MAX Stretch Skinny Outdoor Trousers in Graphite to try. This is a gifted blog post and contains a referral link. Get a confidence boost and learn how to build confidence with your style this autumn/winter4/11/2021 Do you have style confidence? You know that feeling you get when you know you are totally rocking your outfit? When you feel like you are wearing just the right outfit for the occasion and you are happy, strong and could take on the world? Or then on the other hand, there are those days when you just feel like you got it wrong, when you hate what you are wearing or you just couldn't get your outfit right that morning and you now have ten outfits discarded on the bed and still don't know what to wear?
I thought when I 'grew up' I'd always get it right and have style confidence but now I know you never really quite grow up! And it doesn't matter how big your budget is or how full your wardrobe is, some days, we just feel wrong! Self-confidence is of course about more than just what we wear but for many women, let's be honest, our wardrobe is a huge part of finding our inner confidence! But then came along lockdown to complicate our style even more and we have been stuck at home for the best part of two years! We discarded our bras (well I didn't, but many did), we put on sweat pants and comfortable clothes - and now we are slowly getting our social life back, the old style dilemmas are back. Joe Browns have launched a new campaign and it is all abut getting your mojo back! They want to inspire you to feel better about yourself! And love what you wear! So Joe Browns are asking if it is time for you to unleash your inner #mojoe and my post today shares with you what I do to feel confident with my style ... This is a gifted blog post. Sometimes I wonder if the last two years were a dream, did all that really happen? It felt like the plot of a movie a lot of the time. A worldwide pandemic. Loved ones separated. Confusing media messages. An urgent vaccine developed. I am desperate to put it all behind me, rebuild my day to day life and start a new chapter post pandemic. And get back to feeling healthy - mind and body!
I think the early days felt almost quite fun, like a novelty. I probably didn't feel that at the time, but when I look back, well we had no idea that it would last any longer than a few weeks, months at the most. Gathering for Boris' press conference at 5 pm every day, setting up family quizzes and zoom chats, drinking too much wine, and putting up with Chris Whitty's 'next slide please', all seems like it happened in a dream. When I look back at my lockdown posts now, I realise how hopeful and how naive we were in 2020! The weather was amazing, we got outside lots and we still thought we'd be back to normal in 2021.
